It would take Garko at least 2-3 weeks to start 5 games at catcher to become eligible and that isn't going to happen before V-Mart resumes catcher duties. He PH today so I doubt he is far away.

I was thinking about that when Martinez went down.
I know it's wishful thinking, but it would be great if it happened. :*)

I can't imagine the Indians doing that move considering how bad defensively Garko was behind the plate in the minors. :-X If he does get a few games though, I surely hope my base stealers are set to play against him. We could have a record number of steals in any game that Garko catches.
