Basically, you join, and you can create 1-3 players. The game (OOTP) randomly generates that player and his abilities. What skills you are given can be upgraded if needed, with a little work. Once drafted, you can negotiate contracts, demand a trade, everything. Be a star in our little world. All players have been signed up by real people, and all teams will be ran by real people.
