Closer Update Alerts Anywhere?

Obviously we have the great "Closer Thread" here, but does anyone know of a website that has good closer updates (injuries and job-loss) that can be put in an RSS feed or set up for an email alert? This one guy in my league ALWAYS seems to grab replacements before everyone else, and I would like to put a stop to that.

And yes, he knew about Putz before everyone else.

Rotoworld is probably the fastest to update. That being said, the fastest way to really know is to watch the games or see a post from someone that watched a game before its posted by any media.
