Question for you commissioners out there....

I'm in a Yahoo Fantasy Points league with 12 teams that have no limit on trades and requires a 1/3 vote to veto a trade. I made the statement one time that I veto every trade (I don't veto everyone but there are a lot of crappy attempts). One team complained that there needs to be a majority (7 votes) for a veto, but the commish cannot make any changes on that now. Yesterday, two people agreed to a trade and the commish locked me from trading as a way of preventing me from being able to veto. The trade will go through because it is fair. The commissioner said that he was going to do this everytime a trade is on the table. Funny thing is, it still allows me to vote on a trade. By the way, this is the commissioner's first year at the helm.

Has anyone ever had this happen?
