In my league, each team has 5 starting pitchers. What would be an adequate Games Started Limit? The limit needs to be per week, not for the entire season. I'm torn between 8 or 10. Thoughts?

Why have a cap on it? Yes you should have a min. IP for a week, but a max? I say a minumin of 20-30 IP per week, and leave it at that.

Cap it to prevent streaming, if you want to prevent it in the first place.

We cap it at 12/week to prevent streaming/churning. In hindsight, I would have pushed 10.
