Brad Penny usually is in best form in April and May and so combine that with the fact the Giants are an A-ball quality squad this year and he made for a fantastic start. Billingsley vs. Lincecum on Wednesday could be a dynamite matchup, even though there's 60% chance of rain (which I don't think will result in a rainout).
