Rauch has been proving to be one of those pitchers that can do an excellent job at set up, but not so good in the save situation. In a league that does holds, I'm starting to hope that Cordero gets better, cause I want to see Rauch start getting the holds again, rather than screwing up my ERA and WHIP... or maybe Washington can find someone else to be the closer...

He single handidly blew my ERA/WHIP right out of the water last week during his 3 appearence, 3 IP, 7 H, 5 ER, 2 BB struggles..He is not closer material..Put him in there and watch your ERA/WHIP balloon to new heights

If struggles continue with Rauch and Corderro, which I think will happen..I believe Luis Ayala would be next in line to close..He's been every bit as good as Rauch in set up rolls (2.92, 2.69, 2.66, 3.19 ERA's in a boat load of MR innings over the last few years) and ..has closed a bit!
