How does Nen look? He's coming off of surgery. Is he expected to be 100% when the season starts?

he is taking the rest of Spring Training off and is expected to be ready for opening day. probably not a 100%, but will be a couple weeks into the season.

The Associated Press reports Giants closer Robb Nen is throwing on a regular basis, but there is still no exact timetable for him to pitch in an exhibition game. He is ahead of schedule in his right shoulder rehab, however, and may appear in a game as early as March 8. The Giants' closer underwent arthroscopic surgery on his shoulder to clean up his labrum last November.
