Different kind of request - small trophy icon edit

Hi guys. I realize this is a slightly different job than the norm for this forum, but hopefully someone can help me out. I'm trying to make a small edit to this trophy icon that will used on my site for the winners of our fantasy leagues. Here's the icon that I'd like edited:



What I'd like is a small base added to the bottom of the trophy so tiny letters can be added to the base. I'd like the trophy edited so I get these 4 different ones:

1. "NCAA" written on the base and 08 in the middle of the cup of the trophy
2. "NCAA" on the base and 09 in the middle
3. "MLB" on the base and 08 in the middle
4. "MLB" on the base and 09 in the middle

*no actual quotes around the writing on the base, just put them there to be clear about what I'd like written.

Shouldn't take too much time I wouldn't think. I appreciate your help if anyone is willing!

Anyone willing to give this a shot? It would be a big help and shouldn't be too time consuming.
