Mark Reynolds is a FA

I remember him being a big name call up last year but not doing much when he came up. Ay thoughts on this guy.

Is he going to play everyday?

Reynolds went apesh!t when he first came up. Then swooned for two months before bouncing back, He is the 3B with Tracy injured. Pick up Reynolds thinking he'll be the guy but have alternatives ready in case Tarcy gets the job back.

tracy should be out of the picture for awhile. reynolds has good upside and will bat 4th or 5th in a pretty good lineup. you could do much worse at 3B

I'm starting to believe in this Reynolds. He just jacked a 3 run homer, already his 5th of the season. Before I become a simple bandwagon jumper, can anyone else shed some light on this guy and let me know if he's worth the ride? I see his last year's stats: 20 doubles, 4 triples, 17 HR, 62 RBI's, a .279 average in 366 at bats.

I would just ride out the hot streak, but our league limits a season's moves at 20, I already used 2 at the end of week 1. I hate burning them all up early just to ride a hot streak. But if he's the real deal.....

Reynolds was very streaky last year. He could be a huge help for awhile and then just disappear for a week or two. Of course, he was eligible at SS last year which made him much more valuable. Still, playing home games in a hitter friendly park, he's not a bad FA pickup even if 3B is a deep position.

i am not understanding all this streak hitter junk. he was a ROOKIE last year. he came up was hot and cooled off. Its not like the guy has done this 5 years in a row. ITS HIS SECOND YEAR!! you can't label him yet.

CBS does continuously rolling position rankings for premium leagues and they have him up to #10 3B.

I completely agree. Give this guy a break about his streakiness last year. That was his first year in the majors. Now that he have seen more pitches and probably has already gained that confidence, I expect him to put out a solid year.
