I would have loved to have gone Cueto with one of my picks, but just worked out a deal to acquire Wade Davis and Justin Upton. Therefore, I figure I should go with a high-upside SP. I feel I need to go with some project pitching with these two spots, but Jason Heyward is still available. I could go Heyward and Jarrod Parker or Madison Bumgarner or Max Scherzer or Aumont.

Another option is Angel Villalona, project power 3B for the Giants. He is only 17, so he is still a couple of years away and could provide some stability for the future of my farm club. I feel I could wait a round on him with the last pick in the draft. Every prospect should become MLB eligible this year, so my farm will be desolated next year. Maybe even Desmond Jennings, the speedy OF for TB...or even Neftali Feliz, a part of the trade that sent Teixiera to the Braves! How about Carlos Triunfel???

Who do you guys think I should go with for my two picks?

I think Heyward and Parker is the right play, if you want to go with a high upside SP. I wouldn't count on Villalona making it back to you though. In the drafts that I've seen, he's been picked around Heyward/Parker.

Heyward is the nobrainer pick here. I would probably go with Villalona with the next pick as well, but Parker is not a bad alternative. There is a better chance that a solid arm near Parker's value falls to you with your 3rd pick before Villalona falls that far.

I would take heyward and then one of the longer shots/younger bats

What about Beau Mills? Common sense tells me to go with the best available and take Heyward and Parker...

I like Heyward and Parker, but Villalona would be a good option for you to rebuild your prospects this year.
