I apologize if this is the wrong forum.
Need a starter.
Looking at
Woody Williams
Vincente Padilla
Jake Peavy
Kelvim Escobar
CC Sabathia
Livian Hernandez
5x5 keeper, 18 teams 22 rounds
Thanks for your help.

It depends on what round you are in, but if that's the best that's left, I like either Padilla or Peavy. As it's keeper, you may get more value out of Peavy, but I think it's a close call between those two....

I would agree on Peavy.

im not sure why everyone is writing off woody williams. the guy was pretty damn good last year and he has a very good offense behind him. if its a one year league id take WW, if its a keeper id look hard at peavy. sabathia could also be good if they ever get an offense to support him.
welcome home andy

I don't think anyone is writing off Woody. But he clearly stated it's a keeper league. Therefore, I was suggesting players that I think one would be inclined to keep. WW is not one of those players.....
That said, I think Woody will still be above average this season. A good bet to top 15 wins with that offense!

Thanks folks. Good stuff! I'll be sure to be clearer on the rounds and league type in the near future. I appreciate your taking the time to help me out.
