Top 10 Most Insane 80s Cartoon Moments

Postby StlSluggers » Thu Mar 27, 2008 2:22 pm

Topless Robot's top 10 list

I don't care what they say. The "Gnap!" episode of Smurfs was the single-most frightening cartoon moment of my childhood. I remember the nightmares I had over that cartoon, and I blame it for my on-going fascination with movies like 28 Days Later.

Awesome list, thanks for posting it. And don't feel bad about the Smurfs thing, I had a similar experience with an episode of Fraggle Rock.

You just can't beat these shows: http://www.retrojunk.com/tv/list/1990/2/pop/0/1/

Pinky and the Brain, Animiniacs, Rocko's Modern Life, Tiny Toon Adventures, DuckTales, Sonic the Hedgehog, The Simpsons (in it's prime), Johnny Bravo,The Super Mario Brothers Super Show, Rugrats, and Reboot among others can't be topped.

They don't make those like they used to.

These are good:
Pinky and the Brain
Animiniacs
DuckTales
The Simpsons

The rest of those are weak. And you forgot the best cartoon of the 90's
