CBS Sportsline question FBB...some veteran knowledge needed

Game center- for period 1 has listed all team's PSR @ 0...? The period doesnt end till the 6th why would PSR be 0, they had it right for the two games in japan , then poof......also, 3 illegal lineups were fixed for period one, they originaly had 0 for period one " what a mess that was" will those 3 teams now be eligable to play rest of period? Thanks for your help....
