Ken Griffey Jnr-Biography

This is my second year of following baseball intensely. I was reading the post of the biggest bust careers of all time and was interested to see Kens name on the list. I few of the guys said he wouldve been an all time great. Could someone give me a nice biography of Ken's career as its been. The guy i know was so known even amongst non-baseball fans. Was he ever gonna be that good? If someone could give me a nice story of Kens career i would appreciate it. Thanks.
