Only problem I see is a slight imbalance between steals and power - you need more of the former. Other than that, A fairly solid team. Maybe try to deal away some of the power to get that one last steals source. Good draft, and good luck this season. ;-D

You seem short of pitching in the starting variety.

Good for you that you get the extra eligibilty out of Ortiz and Figgins (as my league doesn't have them with enough games).

I like the power you have and wouldn't give it up at this point for stolen bases which are likely overvalued.

Try to add some speed
Your team is good and if you manage to add speed wihtout giving up too much your team will be sick

The thing with speed you get dinged with CS so there is good and bad. Also does figgins and furcal not keep me competitive in steals with help from hunter, markakis, and wells?

I think pitching is your weakest area. All of your bats are solid. A little more speed could be added, but you can always pick up someone later. Plus, you can get speed in trades for cheap. You don't really have any proven closers. Borowski lead the AL in saves but can be erratic, Sherill isn't proven and the O's might not give him too many save opps. Same thing goes for Wilson although he has more upside than Sherill. I think your top two starters are good but you will need your other SP's to have solid years. Hope that helps!

I dont think your hitting or speed is a problem I think you need 1 more decent starter and 1 elite closer. If McGowen does good and Sheets doesnt get hurt than i think you might be fine, but if either of them do bad or get hurt (which I think Sheets is an injury waiting to happen) then you will need another starter. You definitely need an elite closer. You've got a half decent closer in Cordero (who plays for WSH :-P ) but Borowski is a terrible closer. He might get you saves IF he even keeps his job, but even then he gives you terrible pitching all in all. And if Sherrill and Wilson even keep their jobs they have not proven themselves as solid closers yet. Hope I helped. GOOD LUCK!!

very solid team
i like the low rent closers

I'm not a huge Zam fan, but your starting pitching is solid. Maybe try to stock up on some cheap possible break out pitchers? Either on WW or if you complete a trade try to get an arm back that you like.
