Dodgers have the money now too. They couldn't grab any free agents while the ownership issue was up in the air, but now that that is taken care of, I'm sure they'd love to pay Soriano's contract for the next couple of years (and get rid of Perez in the process, who they've been shopping since last year).

Let's go Dodgers! Get Soriano to hit in front of Green.
Yes, heaven forbid if the Mets went after a proven superstar under the age of 30 and who can handle the NY media... that would indeed be going against their track record
I could be wrong in what I'm saying but I'll be dead before I realize it.
Here's a new twist to the situation. Seems that the Rangers are considering trading Mike Young instead of Soriano. I don't have a link or a story to show, but it's on page 3D in the Sports section of Friday's Ft. Worth Star Telegram. Basically, it just says that they haven't made any decisions yet, but are open to the possibility of trading Mike Young and keeping Soriano to play 2B. Definitely something to keep an eye on.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

Scott is 5-7 with 127 professional innings pitched. Its a little early to call him the next Kerry Wood. yes he has a few K's for a 19 year old kid, Butits waaay to early ..
Reyes is a career .288 minor league hitter with no power. That projects to a speedy .270 hitter in the MLB. So basically he projects to be another Roger Cedeno
but the problem here is .....
They will be playing for the Mets. And drafting too many Mets is Roto suicide. usually my limit is one. I'll take the one behind the plate.
