CBS Sportsline Japan games counting for week 1?

I can't find how to get Sportsline to count the games this week in an extended Week 1 (as it has done in the past few years automatically).

Yesterday, it had the stats in the live scoring, but today it says the season hasn't started yet.

Is there something easy that I am missing?

If you or anyone could tell me where to find it, that would be appreciated.
Our league had its auction Sunday night and we're trying to get the retroactive stats to count (the two Japan games and the Sunday night ATL/WA game)... stats aren't showing up so we have to find a fix for it. Of course Sportsline's "Help" area isn't much of a help... no response.

In the Commish section, under Setup, go to Scoring Periods.

Go to the third drop-down for: "Season starts on" ... to retroactively accumulate stats, on the Draft & Rosters page, click the link on the bottom that says, "Copy Rosters Back".

I've found Sportsline's Mail Center to be pretty good... I normally get an answer within 4 hours.

There seems to be a problem, though. When I changed "Scoring PEriods" to count the Japan games week 1 is from 3/25 to 3/31 and week 2 starts on 4/7. What happens with 4/1 to 4/6????

Did you find a solution to the problem? I am having the same problem with our league. I just changed the "season starts" schedule on the league setup, schedules page to March 25. I can't copy rosters back from week 2 because teams have made many changes already. Will it update automatically overnight?

I had to go in and edit the service time for each and every player. it takes about 15 minutes per team. It was a PITA, but it worked.
