Oh, and by the way, I've nicknamed him, "Jorge Can Too!" ( I considered "Jorge Can Do!" but with Can Too)

what sucks about cantu and yahoo is that, by the time they add him you still have have to wait 2 days for the waiver to clear meaning...if they add him tomorrow the 29th you wont be able to have him opening day(the 31st) to replace maybe some 3rd baseman on the DL or someone that was sent to the minors like longoria....good job yahoo....

He's there listed as 1B. I was hoping for 2B, adding 3b after he plays there for a while. WTF!!!!

IB... ugh. I still picked him up in one deep league and dropped Daric Barton. We play an INF and a CI so I can end up dropping another player if he actually hits. Oh well.

This makes absolutely no sense. If I remember right, this guy has played 2B most of his career.
Without some sort of explanation this looks downright retarded - this guy should be a 2B with only 5 starts to go until 2B/3B eligibility.....

If you took the time to look at his situational stats you'll see 1B is the only position he qualifies at for this year. 20 games started at 1B, 1 at 2B.

Ah - Unfortunately that makes sense. At least he'll gain 3B elgibility pretty quickly - but 2B/3B would have been ideal given the scarcity of talent at those positions. I personally have a glut of 1B-eligible guys (and very mediocre 2B/3B) already and I'm very interested in Cantu

I'm not that familiar with Cantu. What kind of numbers is he capable of? Where is he hitting in the order?
