Cant start FAAB on CBS after auction

To any cbs commissioner out there...

We just finished our auction on CBS (thru FantasyAuctioneer) and everything looks great. everything flowed back correctly and we are ready to rock and roll. BUT, when I try to start the FAAB process, the cbs site says I can't start it without completing my draft/auction. Anyone else have this problem? I have already sent an email to CBS, but no response for 24 hours now.
