How do you figure Holds???

Hey.I know what they are essentially. My question is what exactly qualifys as a hold? How many innings do you have to pitch? How man runs do you have to be up by?

I think you just have to hold the game for one batter... I saw a box score with 1 win, 4 holds and a save
