Keeper league new to FAAB, some questions that have arisen.

Hi, so we moved our league to CBS this year to take advantage of FAAB and the built in auction funcitonality. Here are a couple questions which have come up and I don't know the answers. Can someone clarify for me? FAAB run happens twice weekly.

How do DL pickups work? Do you also bid on them? Can you rank players based on which you want more, so that you're ensured of getting someone even if you are outbid? This is even more important regarding DL replacements. Someone could get outbid for a player, and end up with an empty spot on their roster.

Any help would be appreciated.
