Your lineup looks pretty solid to me, I think your outfield might be upgradable. Im not particularly high on Rowand, Winn or Pierre. Your staff has good talent with a lot of ????. Out of your pitchers the following have injury issues; Beckett, Lackey, Gallardo and Liriano. If these players can play to their potential your pitching will be mind blowingly dominant but I think you have to consider the possibilities that both Lackey and Liriano wont be as effective this year as in year(s) past. You also only have closer in Jenks.
Overall your team is good with the potential of being extremely good. Keep your fingers crossed your pitching holds up.
I agree with the guys above take out Blalock. You could also upgrade Winn and Rowand. You also definitely need a solid closer. And as the other guys said just hope your guys stay healthy and do good. if not your screwed in pitching if they do then your pitching will be amazing its a risk. Other than that great team. GOOD LUCK!!
Actually, he has two closers at the moment, as BJ Ryan won't be back until the all-star break. Not that you shouldn't try to upgrade if you can, but for the start of the season at least, you should be OK for saves.
Blalock could be a real nice sleeper pick this season. His ratio stats last year were excelent. I know there's a lot of bad history there, but he might be able to turn it around. So again, I don't think its QUITE as dire a situation as some... but like above, you should definitely try to upgrade if you can. Check out Edwin Encarnacion, Evan Longoria, Josh Fields, maybe even Glaus depending on how they start the season. I'm betting that at least half of those four guys are on your league's waiver wire right now.
