Like the team, maybe a bit OF heavy on the bench, but otherwise solid. Possibly try and swap one of your bench OF'ers for a bench SP (not sold on Orroyo) if you guys use bench SP's. But other than that, not bad at all.
Your offense is solid. You have speed (Roberts, Furcal, Granderson) and power (Fielder, Braun, Berkman). The rest of the offense should come naturally from those two attributes. As far as the offensive bench goes, it's loaded with potential power explosion between Loney and Hawpe, speed demons like Damon and Ellsbury, and well more potential... which is versatile for plug and play when you sense a slump somewhere or need a speed boost or power boost.
The pitchers are all pretty high quality too except Orroyo? And you have 3 closers (most teams stop at 2...) so you have all bases covered. Definately a contender.
Ichiro? No...
Dunn? No...
Ichiro Dunn! 106 runs, 23 home runs, 87 rbis, 23 stolen bases, 0.313 season average
Adam Suzuki! 106 runs, 23 home runs, 87 rbis, 23 stolen bases, 0.313 season average
Double the fun!

Good mix of power and speed. Berkman is the type of player that can help you win OPS leagues, and he will probably outdo his mediocre numbers from last year. Posada at catcher is also a good choice. Your pitching staff is solid as well. It should compete in the format you laid out.
