I think the team is fairly balanced w/ a decent bench hitting group and a group of strikeout pitchers; I need a couple breakout seasons from this team however to be competitive in the power categories. Not sure if I could have drafted any better on pitching given the league size...

Yeah, i think it needs a little more power too...

but im no help, Ive never played in a league with more than 12 teams.
is there anything at all left on WW in your league or will you have to trade?

I would trade taveras (who you got great value in the 12th) to someone who needs the sb`s. Try to target a swisher, hawpe type for him

I also agree that you need more power. I think I would try trading Cano or Kendrick to see where either nets you. See if you can target some cheap power players like Andruw Jones because I feel he is bound to have a good power season coming up. Trading Willy Taveras would be nice too, but I'm not sure what he would get you in return. Cano should be able to get you a top power player, but see who needs 2B in your league to judge that. I just think it'd be a bit iffy having a 2B as a utility player and I think you can use that spot and trade for players that will help you out in the power department.

Like I said, I think Andruw Jones is a good target, perhaps Manny Ramirez. I also believe Jason Bay will be back to hit for some power as well. Or even if you want to look cheaper, Adam LaRoche isn't too bad for some power.

I have to agree with the rest, but I also wanted to say that for a 16-team league, you have some pretty good pitching and a nice looking team. You could definitely use some power and possibly an upgrade at 1b. I'd try to package together something for a hitter with some RBI & HR potential

You need to take a wait and see stance.

You have players with a lot of upside Kendrick, Encarnacion, Jackson, and Sheffield coming off an injury.

I think you won't really know until mid to late May.

I would hold off making any changes until then. That team could be competitive power wise in that large of a league. I think your team could hit 150 HRs. That should be competitive in a 16 teamer with only 8 slots active.
