I think it looks pretty strong, with two exceptions:
Saves. Broxton won't be picking many up with Saito in front of him. He'll surely help in ERA and should be a good pickup for you, but you still need another closer. Is there anyone who has already won the position still available? Otherwise, keep a close eye on teams with competition for that spot, the Cubs come to mind (but remember that Wood's arm could literally fall off at any moment).
Injury potential. Kazmir, Sheets, and Burnett are all high risk pitchers, in my opinion. That being said, I think Kazmir should be fine if he eases himself back into work. And Sheets is playing for a contract, so maybe he'll stop doing whatever it is he's doing that keeps landing him on the DL. I've never been high on Burnett. I'm not saying that it doesn't look really good right now, just that in 2 months it could look really bad. If there is anyone solid still available (and not injury prone) you might consider picking them up.
Besides that, I think it looks pretty good!
Help if you can:
