Looks good, but you are going to want to upgrade in pitching as you said. By my read, guys like Hamilton and Milledge may be starting material (Hamilton for sure, Milledge probably). In that case, package a couple OFs for a stud SP and your problems could likely go away. No need to have starter-worthy guys rotting on the bench when your pitching needs help.

Overall looks solid!

Pretty solid hitting I wouldn't mess with it though. You have more than enough saves and I would definitely look to trade one of your big name closers, probably Wagner as he'll get you the most in return. Look for a team that has no or only one closer and go after his 1st or 2nd best sp. You definitely need starting pitching help, Maine and Mcgowan while being decent are not your prototypical aces on a fantasy team.

Your hitting is solid.

Hamilton is raking this Spring. Id try sell high on him for another SP. Also, what are the best SP on the WW??? Id drop Varitek and Hernandez and pick up the best 2 SP available. Theres no need to carry 3 catchers. Especially in an 11 teamer where you only dress one.

Mine if you can:

Like Guzman said, no need for 3 C's, so pick up an sp. You may want to get another true ace by bundling up Wagner and another P. Good team though.
