As for my own evaluation, my OFs are weak and category wise, I'm incredibly weak in steals. Hart is really my only guy who gets steals. I made a mistake by not reaching for Victorino when he was there and I paid for it. My holds could be better but those can always be found on the wire. Any ideas for improvement?

First thing I notice is that you have two starter-worthy SS's, which is generally not a good idea. Having Renteria at UTIL is really not maximizing that spot, and you have some tradeable value. I say pick Young or Renteria, package an OF, and go trade em for someone like Chris Young (CF, ARI). He'll grab 25/25 or 30/30, which would help you in SBs for sure. Whatever the case, deal with your SS situation as part of your solution. Otherwise a solid team.

Ya the only weakness I see is speed. Id try and trade Renteria for someone who will steal you a few bases.

Also, another closer would be nice. I dont think Benoit is closing in Texas anymore.
