Was Pena for real?

Expect the average to fall some and the home runs to come at a slightly reduced rate.

Will Blalock bounce back?

He is a good sleeper. Not sure I would want him as my starter at 3rd base with no backup though.

Will Chris Young's 30-30 potential continue to grow?(he's not going to hit .230 again is he?)

It would be a surprise if he hit above 260ish.

Will any of those pitchers take big steps forward?

Marcum... maybe dempster, miller or bonser if you are lucky. Really none of these guys are taking big steps forward most likely.

The pitching staff is downright ugly. It is not that the pitchers are unownable but the staff is essentially made up of guys who a smart player might take in the last round of the draft. You are going to have to make a trade since the team is way too unbalanced. At least your offense is strong. Patterson is not worth a roster spot. Look for some holds guys on waivers and drop duke, prior and others. With no bullpen and sp problems it might be an uphill battle this season. I think I would try and see what kind of offers I could get for magglio. If someone likes meche I would trade him.
