Any advice/suggestions/comments will be extremely helpful. Leave a link and I'll return the favor. Thanks!

I'd love to trade RP for SP but judging from our draft RP isn't valued much.. 3 teams have only 1 or 2 weaker closers. 1 team didn't pick up any RP.

10 team standard H2H Keeper. Holds count 7x7

1B Lance Berkman (Hou - 1B,RF)
2B Rickie Weeks (Mil - 2B)
3B Miguel Cabrera (Det - 3B)
SS Hanley Ramírez (Fla - SS)
LF Alfonso Soriano (ChC - LF,CF)
CF Hunter Pence (Hou - CF,RF)
RF Josh Hamilton (Tex - CF,RF)
OF Matt Holliday (Col - LF)
Util Jarrod Saltalamacchia (Tex - C,1B)
Util Chipper Jones (Atl - 3B)
Util Willy Taveras (Col - CF)
SP Johan Santana (NYM - SP)
SP Félix Hernández (Sea - SP)
RP Francisco Rodríguez (LAA - RP)
RP Carlos Mármol (ChC - RP)
P Jonathan Broxton (LAD - RP)
P Matt Capps (Pit - RP)
P Jeremy Accardo (Tor - RP)
BN Evan Longoria (TB - 3B)(Will probably try to keep)
BN Jay Bruce (Cin - CF) (Will cut him once everyone clears waivers on Sunday)

I like your team and think it'd pretty balanced.
I'd see how you do in the first month before making any changes unless there's some better pickup available.

Im impressed - Very well balanced team, and you say you have weak pitching? I'd disagree. Granted, it is a ten team league - It's hard to tell without having a stellar staff in your league to compare to. If i had to venture a placement at the end of the season, id put you 2nd or 3rd. One or two good trades during the season and you can bump that range up a rank. Good draft, and good luck during the season!
