From Roto Times:
Hideo Nomo
The Dodgers announced that Hideo Nomo underwent surgery Oct. 8 to "clean up" the rotator cuff and labrum in his pitching shoulder, according to the LA Daily News. He should be ready for the start of the season.

Thanks for the info.
I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing Astroturf and the designated hitter. -Crash Davis
Stewie : [watching a baseball game] Why does that man drop his club before he runs? I would bring it with me!

his 84 mph fastball has always scared me since he "changed" the way he pitches. Ok..its a little faster than that.....
But we've seen what happens when he constantly has to go to the knee buckling splitter, and has nothing to complement it.
I'll stay away this year.
