Offense is definitely solid, but it seems like you could use some work on your SP. Try to build and establish a core to rely on over the years, one that you can build around with young arms or high risk pitchers without having to worry whether they will work out or not. It's a beautiful thing.

You are starting too many "breakout" players. I would actually look to solidify your offense as your pitcher is ok. Even though there is no real top tier SP, the overall depth makes it playable.
