I've been big on Gorzo since his first couple of starts. He shows a lot of poise on the mound, even when he falls behind on count or he's down on runs. Neither of these pitchers have good run support so I'm just wondering who everyone here likes especially in a keeper league.

Umm I'd go with Cain. Cain has better stuff and he's entering the magical 3rd season. His team is bad but I still think he can put up nice numbers...
I had Gorz last season and he's OK. He'll keep your era down but he doesn't really help you in wins & strikeouts

Cain and not close. Wrong forum also I think.

You could get both. Cain in the 11-13 rounds and Gorzelanny in 19-21. Should you do "vs" when you tring to decide between two?

Like everyone else said, Cain is waaaayyyy ahead of Gorzelanny. For the "why" part of your question; Cain will have more wins/more Ks/lower ERA/lower WHIP. Cain will be taken 7-10 rounds befor Gorz.

Maybe not more wins.
Hate to say it, can't believe it, but the Pirates are probably > than the Giants this year.
