What positions do I need to improve on?

Just got my first autodraft team. Is this team strong enough to win? I feel pretty confident but dont have great averages. I think my pitching is pretty strong but dont know about Hampton or Meche. What do you think?

Your offense looks good and as for your pitching there are a couple of ace type pitchers but you might look at trying to trade 1 of your 2nd baseman for another good pitcher.
