In an attempt to add pitching depth at the end of my draft (25 rds). I drafted Cueto, Volquez and Parra with my last 3 picks. I am hoping one or two pan out. All 3 have nice upside, I was looking for SPs since my SPs are kinda weak. If for instance Parra is sent to the minors its no big deal as he was the last pick of the draft anyways. I will say that of the 3 I like Cueto the best and he is not in Yahoo yet.

Give Snakes his due!!!! Snakes deserves the fantasy expert icon!!! Go Snakes!!!!
I'm a huge Parra fan and a firm believer that he's this team's long-term #2 starter behind Gallardo. However, I have no idea what they plan on doing with him this year. He's a very late round pick at best this very moment...however, an announcement that he's in the rotation could change that.

I think this is a fantastic strategy. If one of two are bad, simply waive him and get someone else. If they are good, its a great pick.
I'm in an offline keeper league we run through yahoo, and we start c,c,1,2,3,ss,ci,mi,of,of,of,of,of,x,x,SP,SP,SP,SP,SP,SP,P,RP,RP,RP,and 3 bench spots. So with my last 2 picks, I added Volquez and Manny Parra(Yahoo has him in as a RP-and soon to be SP), So here's my pitchers: Santana Smoltz Liriano Felix Ian Snell Volquez Manny Parra (1-0 baby) K-Rod Corpas Izzy
It's great so far. You might even add "Blackburn" to this years list with Parra, Cueto, and Volquez. Remember a few years ago: Liriano, J Weaver, Pappelbon, Matt Cain, Zumaya, and C Hamels
