Analyze My Team!! (WHIR)

Hey guys, I unfortunately had my draft last night, without being there! I only made it to the last couple of rounds but the CPU made the early picks for me. I believe it's a pretty good team, though I would like you guys to give some input! Also, I had the 10th or 11th pick in a 14 team league. I believe my biggest problem is in my pitching staff. I have 2 good starting pitchers (Zambrano, Sheets), but the rest (Marcum, Arroyo, Buerhle) are kind of on the wire.

good power, some decent speed, good average other than Fields (might not even start this year in the majors though)
Like you said your pitching is fairly weak, and with Sheets a health risk it makes it that much worse. Buerhle's not bad, Arroyo could bounce back decently, I'd get ride of Marcum and Hernandez, if Shawn HIll stays healthy he could be really good for ERA and WHIP. Be vigilant with the waiver wire and any news coming out of spring training, if you can pick up guys like Cueto, or Garza, Wade Davis, you might get a decent staff after all.
Finally your pen is pretty good too.

I would not do that trade. At all. Check out Manny Parra, Ian Kennedy.

I would accept this just because you are getting Capps and Fields is not guarenteed the 3B job as far as I know. Glaus is servicable. You never know what your going to get with Lidge.
