I finished in 3rd/10th place last year, so I know I have a good team, but any advice would be much appreciated!
Recently, my starting pitching took a little bit of a hit with the John Lackey injury :(
I think this a very solid team, even for a 10 team league. You're right, your starting pitching is the biggest weakness, and you'll certainly miss Lackey while he's out. With 5 OF spots I can see how that position would be pretty thin, but even so Jones and Cuddyer may be disappointing. I'm a huge Jones fan; I think he's going to be a perennial All-Star...in a few years.
I like that you can plug in Ellsbury if need be. That should help in the speed category. Hopefully Lackey is not out long. I am a little concerned about Uggla this year, I really do not think he and Han Ram are going to be able to do as well since they can get pitched around. That said, the Marlins always do better than we think.
I think you might want to upgrade your pitching a little bit. Your hitting is extremely solid. You have power and speed. A very good balance. I might try to trade a hitter for a good solid pitcher.
