I like this team, lots of depth. Ur only issue i can spot out is speed. U don't have anyone who will get u tons of steals. otherwise u got a few stud pitchers, so thats good.
And ur hitting is good.

I think Furcal would be a good fit, trade Tejada for Furcall, u could maybe even get someone else in that, but that would be great for u .

I would definetly trade one of them for a speed guy, just send out some offers . any offers ur thinking of offering let me know and i can help ya out for my opinion.

Meh. We start 3 guys at Util. I wasn't thinking about filling positions so much as taking the best player available.

Thinking of offering Cano & Tejada for Furcal & Hunter.

As was said before, you need speed, and you have depth in 2 places ((CL and 2B)). You don't offer any deals specifically ((although I don't mind that deal you offered before with Hunter and Furcal)) but just say to your league, I know somebody needs CL or 2B depth so offer me offers for either of them.

Even if you give up Utley who cares if you get Upton and Russel Martin back? I'm just thinking off the top of my head, but say, I'm looking for speed and I want to dump a CL or 2B, offer me. Let the market dictate your decisions not the other way around, you'll have more options this way.

Overall this is a good team, and very nice job for a rookie

Also, I only have one P on the bench, while there's 5 batters riding the pine. Is this...abnormal? Should I be trading some position players for extra arms?

yep

and about the pitching thing, its all personal preferance. I like going with a small staff of pitchers and using a strategy called pitch or ditch, but getting a base. Some people like keeping a slew of pitchers on their roster and just cycling them in and out, not having to deal with the problems of waiver wire depth.

Its not a particular problem, but always, if you can get a good deal then jump on it.

Minimum 40ip with 3sp. good luck getting there. you need atleast 1 more Sp probably 2. It is impossible to win if you dont get any pitching cats. Are you planning on streaming? If you are, your SP has almost 0 value. I would trade them for hitting.
