cbs sportsline question

We have 2 roster spots for minor leaguers in a cbs league I'm in.

The commish has put Cueto and Kershaw in his minor league spots and I'm trying to get Price in mine but it doesn't show him as a Minor. CBS has a status symbol on the lineup under MLB A = active Major league player and M = Minor leaguer and I = IR'd

Price comes up as A and the commish says that's just the way CBS has it and he won't let me put in the minors.

Anyone have a problem with this? Is the commish trying to get an unfair advantage or is CBS messed up? Will the status change after the morning switchover?
