3.72 ERA 174 Ks 17-18 Ws 1.24 Whip or better
Thats a pretty solid #2 or #3 pitcher. Regardless, he will start the season out HOT and be a good player to trade off! Loaiza always has started out well and fallen off in the 2nd half. If my league allowed trades, then I would definitely be all over this guy in the 9th+ rounds. Push him if you have something else similar available, otherwise, there is no reason not to pull the trigger!
I dunno about 17 or 18 wins with a diminished Sox team, but 15 wins is not out of the question. He'll be a risk, but there's no way he'll be as bad as he once was. And there's a chance he'll be as good as last year. I'd say take him no earlier than say round 12 or so, although that depends on how big of a league you're in. In an 8 team league, I wouldn't take him until the 20th round, assuming he was still available, which he won't be.

Lol. Nope not brainwashing. Just showing the stats and what to expect. I even give him the benefit of the doubt and say that he will have the second best season of his career. The thing is that it's not good enough to be on your fantasy team. 4+ era and 12 wins is a great year for Loaiza. How much would it hurt your fantasy team though?
