My initial feeling that Im thin on Starting Pitching, but I hope my relievers will deliver, I have closers (4 or 5) to spare, to trade for a Starter, and there are always good pitching available during the season.

What are your thoughts?
Any input welcomed.

I do like ur IF, but Furcal in the 6th rd?????? your of is good, there was no one better than butler??? he is adequate, but look for something better.... I really like all of ur pitching.... looks like a overall good team!!! good luck

It was a bit of a reach, but Furcal wasnt coming back in the 8th, and I needed runs and SB from my SS.
I could've waited four picks but why takin risks, when I planned a SP as my 6th or 7th pick anyway, and that (I thought) would not be as much of a difference in SB as Furcal and the next SS available. So Haren became my SP instead of Verlander.

This league has 5 OFs, so they were flying off the board.
I had the likes of Jose Guillen, G Anderson, Gary Matthews, Justin Upton, R Ankiel available.
I like Butler better than those.

Milledge needs to be starting over Butler first of all.

That being said, don't trade your CL for a starter because although you have 3-5 closers they are all shaky and could easily loose the job, keep them and reap the benefits as long as it lasts.

Your top-tier talent is evident, but your mid-tier talent is lacking on the offensive end. You have the depth amongst the talented middle relievers, so maybe package a few of them with an offensive talent to get another top-tier talent at a lacking position to completle your offense.

Overall this team is pretty good, not bad.
