Again, not to be repetitive, but do we need to check every 2 hours (which I insanely do!) or will they just add him at 11:59pm or 12:01am at night when they turn over to the next day? Or is it willy nilly anytime of the day? Does anyone know?

It shouldn't matter either way, since he has to go through waiver.

True, normally, but I'm in 5 leagues, 3 of which are no-waivers. First come, first serve.
RHP Edinson Volquez and RHP Johnny Cueto appearto have won spots in the rotation, joining RHP Aaron Harang, RHP Bronson Arroyo and either RHP Josh Fogg or RHP Matt Belisle. Belisle has options remaining. Cueto has a 2.08 ERA this spring, while Volquez has a 3.46 ERA.
