A lot of question marks(Hall, Walker, Winn, Pierre) mixed in with a lot of studs(ARod, Mulder, Wood). Worst case scenario, you have a top 5 team in your league. Best case is where the Halls and Winns turn out to have great years and you wind up with a championship contending team. If I were you, I'd drop one or two of the youngsters for a decent closer. Foulke isn't going to be able to carry the load for you. I'd drop Blalock, since you already have 3 other 3bs. You look like you don't mind picking up young talent, so maybe take a chance on German from Detroit. Or even take a shot at Matt Anderson as a FA pickup.

See if Spooneybarger is available. He's another saves option whom you might be able to pick up as a free agent.

You don't have a lot of power in your lineup. You might consider trading one of your speed outfielders for someone who will give you some more HRs and RBIs.
