4th pick in H2H CBS league, how did I do?

I drew the 4th pick out of 10 teams, rate how I did. We start 7 pitchers per week, including closers. So I mix it up with 2 start pitchers each week.

I like your hitters... You have some good pop and have a good amount of guys that'll put up good SB numbers.

Your pitching has a lot of young arms that'll be hit or miss. You've got a TON of upside in that rotation, but you're lacking that one sure thing.

I think Lince and Hamels are gonna be studs this season. You've got to hope that Gallardo lives up to the hype, Hill can be strong through the whole season, and Liriano comes back strong. If that happens you're in GREAT shape. But I might try to move some young arms for a proven, consistant vet.

wow that is an amazing team. i see zero holes in your hitting. your pitching is great as well. you must have been drafting with some real morons..haha. but seriously the ONLY hole i see on your team is your RP. they are high risk players. saito is very old and could go down with an injury any second, and broxton is licking his chops to get his chance to be the closer. b.j. ryan is coming off tommy john surgury so who knows how he will hold up. and well kerry wood...is kerry wood.

thanks. I'm not as worried about closers, since we start 7 pitchers total, that includes closers. So I don't have to start any each week if I don't want to. I can pick up a few 2 start pitchers that are available each week.

Any other thoughts?

I pretty much agree that your hitting is absolutely going to rule each week. Pitching will be hit or miss but has tons of upside in it...kind of what I tried to do this year but in a 14 teamer its a bit harder to put a staff even close to yours together. I say if your pitching even does average you should be at the top this year. Good luck
