Johnny Cueto and Edinson Volquez to make Reds rotation...

SARASOTA, Fla. - Reds manager Dusty Baker came as close as he could to saying Edinson Volquez and Johnny Cueto will be in the starting rotation.

Baker was asked after Volquez's outing Sunday if Volquez and Cueto were separating themselves from the rest of the rotation competition.

"You want me to say it, or are you going to say it?" Baker said. "They're pitching like they belong alongside (Aaron) Harang and (Bronson) Arroyo in the rotation. They're dealing.

I am going to pick up Cueto as soon as the Yahoo guys get off their ass and put his name in the database. You guys know much about Volquez??

Definitely pick up Cueto if this is true....Volquez is a good sleeper also.

Cueto is a must add if this is true. He is on fire this spring facing good lineups and is drawing comparisions to Pedro for his body type and wicked off-speed pitches.

Let's hope Yahoo wakes up and puts these guys in their game shortly before the word gets out or it will be a waiver battle...

I am in ESPN. It is pretty sweet this year. They have a trade board where you can show interest in players and put your guys out there on the block.

EV was a huge prospect for Texas. He has filthy stuff !!
He is pretty young ,24 I think.
I'm excited to hear this news but Baker is crazy! You never know what is gonna happen when he is involved.
