You're team sucks bad. You are going to lose to me. In all seriousness, you could use one more solid outfielder and one more big SP. I'm not big on Damon and you could use some more K's, although I do like Wainwright this year as a sleeper.
Gotta like Posada. I really dislike Berkman, but everyone else seems to love him. Cano is about as good of a second baseman as their is next to Utley. Furcal will get you steals, not much else Beltre just sucks. Damon is solid. Dye is a risk, but with nice upside Ortiz is a monster. You know that. Guerrero is also a monster.
I like Hamels, he will probably be a monster this year. Oswalt and Smoltz are solid choices as well, though Smoltz has to act his age at some point.
You could definitely use some relief pitching. I would also consider starting Encarnacion over Beltre. Lugo may even replace Furcal at some point. Furcal was just garbage last season (I had him). Overall, I think you have a good chance in a 12 teamer.

The biggest problem I see on your team is 3B... I think Beltre is a backup 3B at this stage in his career... You might be able to get by with him as your 3B though if Dye has the kind of year he is capable of.
I think your SP looks good, Wainwright I think will be very good this year, as will Hamels. Your RP looks a little shaky though. If BJ Ryan can bounce back and return to 2006 form you're set, but that's a big IF.
I would think about packaging Beltre with an OF to get a better 3B, or maybe package a SP and Soria to pull a top end closer... I dont know about that though because you don't have any pitching depth (no bench). I guess the WW are always a good place to pick up saves.
