What draft order number should I pick in a 10 man, H2H points league?

5th or 6th?

5th. ARod, Hanley, Reyes, Wright will probably be gone. You can get Holliday, who isn't guaranteed at 6. If you're lucky, maybe someone drafts Pujols or Holliday earlier and Wright falls to you.
