These guys seem to be on the tail end of the first tier of 3B. After them it's a pretty defined drop off. In many drafts, owners are reaching for them, but for good reason. Who do you think will have the better season between the two?

Aramis has better fantasy value, however he is an injury risk.
Aramis should put up the better numbers..but both should be close in value and you can get Atkins a round later

I personally hate choosing between these two and most likely wouldn't pick one until the other is gone. The common consensus seems to be that Aramis is a better bet and he almost always seems to get picked first. On the other hand Atkins is no slouch, he has outranked Aramis the last two years, due at least in part to Aramis's knee and wrist injuries, and I expect Atkins to hit for a slighty higher average.
I'd rather have Aramis but I think he'll be drafted a little sooner than I want to take him, if Atkins is there a round later it will be very hard for me to pass him up.

I actually favor Atkins. I think he'll hit for a better average which is pretty much the differentiating factor for me. Plus, he seems to hold up better than ARam, who always seems to be dinged up in some way.
I always thought ARam had a 40 HR season in him at some point, but now I'm starting to doubt that.

Wow, i'm starting a draft in 30 minutes and this is the exact problem I will have with my first "chosen" pick. My first five rounds are determined with keepers.
Garrett Atkins or Aramis Ramirez. I'm actually favoring Atkins at this point

I lean toward Atkins. His numbers last year were brought down by his horrible first half. He's a sure thing for .310 25 HR 110 RBI with upside on all three.

I prefer A-Ram by a nose, but I really dont think you can go wrong. I dont think the difference in their production will be of great lengths. Both are great options at 3B.

I prefer Atkins. I nabbed him with the 45th pick of a 10-teamer and the 39th pick of a 12-teamer. I think he's going to be very productive this year. Aramis is right there with him, but given the choice, I'd take Atkins.

Aramis if he stays healthy, Atkins if Aramis spends time on the DL like he usually does~.
You can usually get Atkins a round later than Aramis so I prefer Atkins for a value pick.
