Your OF and starters look good, need help at your infield corners and closers. I'd drop JD and Laird, and at 40 yo Frank Thomas is going to be limited this year. Other than that I'd say you're off to a good start. Rate mine? viewtopic.php?t=327724

Laird is supposedly the starting catcher at the start of the year. Does that mean anything? Should I keep him for that reason?
In a league with 5 OF, I would keep Drew until you see how he looks. He should be better than a lot of the alternatives.
Your IF is OK, but depends on Gordon. Atkins is a solid 1b. LoDuca and Laird are wastes of roster spots, but it doesn't hurt to keep Laird until you see what is happening with Salty. Bad enough you have to have 2 C. You don't need 4. Look at available Cs for someone better than Laird.
I think Frank Thomas will provide some decent #s for you, especially if you can stay on top of his PT and rotate him out when needed.
Since you have Howry, keep an eye on Kerry Wood. He might be named the closer at the end of ST.

Thanks a lot for the advice. I actually forgot to include Adrian Gonzalez in my original roster, and I shifted some things around, so let me know how it looks.
I'm trying to upgrade my IF right now, which may, conveniently, ship Lo Duca to a team that missed the draft and got screwed out of starting catchers. I'll update you if that happens.
Kerry Wood got drafted. It was a 30-round draft, so I'm not surprised.
