Your hitters are solid. You got some serious pop with Big Papi, Dunn, and Francouer. You've also got some good bounceback/sleeper canidates in Upton and Blalock. You got some speed coming from Ellsbury and Wright, so you might wanna pick up more.

Your pitching is a little worrisome. Felix is more of a #2 than a #1. I think Fausto's overrated and it just goes downhill from there.

You've got some decent RP, so maybe if someone has no saves, you can trade for a SP.

Good team but your rotation could use some help. I like the guys you have but you could benefit from some depth there. You do have some serious pop but just be weary of strikeouts since francouer, dunn & burrell will hurt you there. Try packaging up Burrell & Borowski for another pitcher. Burrell has always been more of waiver wire fodder but he seems to continue to exist on name alone. You have solid closers and I wouldn't worry about Jones bad spring. Borowski was shakey at best last year though and you'd probably be smart for selling high on him.
